This is for players regularly competing in tournaments looking to train seriously with like minded players. We are a team training together and attending tournaments together. There are several teams across the NTRP spectrum and they run parallel with the USTA league seasons.

This program specifically caters towards the individual player and accomplishing their goals. Training sessions are planned to create the environment for individuals to practice their specific strengths and weaknesses in a group format. For example if Bob’s favorite tactic is serve and volley while John’s favorite tactic is to be a consistent baseline player a drill will be formatted for Bob to be volleying against John’s ground strokes. With individual planning we help you develop shot selection and tactics to benefit your chosen style of play.

We have singles and doubles specific tournament teams based on USTA NTRP divisions.

Having a plan A style of doubles is great, sometimes there are styles of play that create difficult match ups.

Each session we will highlight a tactic/style of play, when to use it, and how to defeat that style. For example teams that like to poach a lot, using a lob neutralizes their effectiveness.

These programs are based on the USTA NTRP levels to ensure program continuity.
